These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of joeyroofing.com (the "Site") operated by Doug Brue Construction Inc dba Joey Roofing and Siding ("Joey Roofing and Siding," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a contact or estimate request form, or communicating with us through any channel the Site facilitates, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who submits information through the Site. They govern your use of the Site itself and do not constitute a service contract for any roofing, siding, window, gutter, or other construction work. Separate written agreements govern any actual services performed by Joey Roofing and Siding.

The Site contains two contact and estimate request forms: one located in the homepage hero section and one on the Contact page. By submitting either form, you:

Acknowledge that submitting a form does not create a binding contract for services and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or project scheduling

Understand that an estimate, if provided, is a good-faith approximation based on information available at the time and may be revised following an on-site inspection

Form submissions are handled through GoHighLevel, our website and customer relationship management platform. By submitting a form, you also agree to GoHighLevel's data handling practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number through any form on the Site, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Joey Roofing and Siding. These Terms, read together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full SMS disclosure required for our A2P 10DLC registered messaging program.

Program Description

Joey Roofing and Siding operates a transactional and conversational SMS program. Messages sent through this program include:

4. Estimates, Proposals, and Service Agreements

Any estimate, proposal, or quote provided by Joey Roofing and Siding in response to a form submission or inquiry is:

A good-faith approximation based on information available at the time it is prepared

Subject to revision following an on-site inspection if conditions differ from what was described or assumed

Not a binding contract for services until a separate written service agreement or proposal is signed by both parties

Submitting a form on this Site, receiving a response from us, or receiving an estimate does not create a contractor-client relationship or any obligation on the part of Joey Roofing and Siding to perform services. A binding obligation to perform services arises only upon execution of a written service agreement.

Joey Roofing and Siding holds a Building Contractors License in Minnesota (BC730116) and a Dwelling Contractors License in Wisconsin (3101-DCFR). All services are performed in compliance with applicable state licensing requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, the Joey Roofing and Siding name and kangaroo mark, and the overall design and structure of the Site, is owned by or licensed to Doug Brue Construction Inc dba Joey Roofing and Siding and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent. For services performed under our Wisconsin Dwelling Contractors License (3101-DCFR), Wisconsin law may apply to the service agreement for that specific project. These Terms apply only to your use of the Site and do not govern any separate service agreement.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Material changes that affect your rights or obligations will be communicated through a notice on the Site.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement
